It is the Customer’s’ responsibility to inspect their goods upon arrival for any damage. If product(s) are damaged, the customer must notify Jeremy Kyle @ (CMYKyles Limited) within 48 hours.
Any damage reported after 48 hours is the responsibility of the customer and Jeremy Kyle @ (CMYKyles Limited) is not liable for the damages. If you wish to return or exchange your eligible product(s), contact us within 48 hours upon delivery of your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
We do NOT accept returns and/or exchanges if the item(s) are damaged within your custody.
We DO accept returns and/or exchanges if item(s) were damaged prior to the delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
