At Jeremy Kyle Art, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience that matches the integrity and detail of the work itself. We believe in transparency and precision at every stage of the acquisition process. To assist you, we have curated a comprehensive guide to the most common enquiries below.

Philosophy & Artistry

Is this the Jeremy Kyle from the British TV show?
No. This is the Jeremy Kyle of New Zealand. Jeremy Kyle Art is a global creative studio and is entirely independent from the British television personality.
How does Jeremy create his Masterworks?
Jeremy Kyle is a mixed-media artist who fuses fine art techniques with contemporary graphic design to create richly textured, one-of-a-kind originals. His process is a proprietary synthesis of traditional craftsmanship and modern digital narrative.
  • The Mediums: He utilises a vast vocabulary—layering watercolours, inks, acrylics, and graphite with metallic pens, manuscripts, and vintage textures. These elements are fused into striking compositions that feel both timeless and distinctly modern.

  • The Layering: Grounded in historical research and symbolic detail, Jeremy employs a meticulous layering process. By fusing digital design techniques with traditional fine art, he develops portraits into conceptually rich visual stories. This multi-dimensional approach ensures the work transcends a single impression, offering a narrative depth that rewards the viewer with new details and perspectives every time.

  • The Kinetic Energy: To balance the deep conceptual detail with visceral energy, Jeremy utilises his signature "Kinetic Splatter" and "Breath" techniques. These spontaneous physical applications, combined with erratic, spontaneous linework, add a vibration to the art that is distinctly Jeremy Kyle. The result is a work that captures both the intellectual depth of a story and the raw emotion of a moment.

  • The Timeline: Due to the complexity of this meticulous layering, a single commission can typically require up to one month of full-time work from conceptualisation to completion.

Whats Jeremy's career highlight so far?
Key milestones include being commissioned by the Chicago Bulls for their 50th Anniversary and the United Nations for the 'Agenda For Humanity' project. These projects define our commitment to capturing global narratives.

Does Jeremy accept private commissions?
Yes. Jeremy accepts a limited number of commissions each year on a case-by-case basis. To begin the vetting process for a private or corporate commission, please visit our commissions page

Shipping & Acquisition (Fine Art Prints)

Do you provide international delivery?
Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all fine art prints purchased through the online gallery. We partner with elite global couriers, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS, to ensure secure transit with full tracking capability to almost any location worldwide.
What are the estimated delivery timelines for prints?

Once your order has cleared our 1–3 day quality-control and processing window, estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 3–5 Business Days
  • Canada & Europe: 6–10 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 8–14 Business Days

Maximum delivery window: 20 business days (excludes customs/clearance delays).

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
To ensure the secure and successful delivery of your artwork, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout where a signature can be received if required by our couriers.
What is the production timeline for an order?
Each work is printed to order to ensure the highest archival quality. Standard processing and preparation typically require 1–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this window may extend slightly due to increased demand.
How can I track my acquisition?

Every work we ship includes a dedicated tracking link. Once your item is prepared for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to monitor its progress.

Note: It may take 24–48 hours for carrier systems to synchronise and display tracking updates.

Can I modify my shipping address?
To ensure your artwork is delivered successfully, please verify your address at checkout. We can update your shipping details within a 12-hour window after the order is placed. Once the archival printing process has begun and the work has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect the shipment. In these instances, you will need to contact the carrier directly once the tracking information is active
How can I cancel or change my order?
Because each canvas is printed to order, all acquisitions are final once the production process begins. If you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us at support@jeremykyleart.com within 12 hours of placement. Once the work has moved into the packaging and shipping phase, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery Discrepancies

What should I do if my tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received the package?

On rare occasions, shipping carriers may mark a delivery as complete 24–36 hours before the physical arrival of the package. We recommend waiting a full 36 hours for the work to appear before taking further action.

My package has still not arrived. How do I resolve this?

If your items have not been received after the 36-hour window, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to seek immediate assistance.

If the carrier cannot provide a resolution, please file a "Lost Package" claim directly with the courier as the recipient. Once you have secured a claim number, email it to support@jeremykyleart.com. Our studio will then follow up with the carrier to investigate the discrepancy and ensure a hassle-free resolution for you.

Please note: While we cannot formally file claims on your behalf when a carrier shows a successful delivery scan, we remain fully committed to supporting you until the work is in your hands

Quality Guarantee & Care

What is your policy regarding transit damage?
We maintain a strict 100% Quality Guarantee. In the rare event that a work is defective or sustains damage during transit, we will facilitate a priority replacement or a full refund.
How do I initiate a damage claim?

Please email us at hello@jeremykyleart.com within 48 hours of receipt. Providing high-resolution photographs of the damaged artwork and the external shipping container allows our studio to expedite your priority replacement.

Please photograph: The canvas (both front and reverse). The condition of the external shipping container.

Can I return my canvas print if I change my mind?
Because each piece is custom-printed to order and hand-stretched to ensure archival integrity, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size choice. We recommend utilizing our "Scale Test"—cutting a sheet of paper to the exact dimensions of the print and placing it on your wall—to ensure the work perfectly fits your space.
How should I maintain the longevity of my canvas?

To ensure your work remains in premium condition for generations (100+ years), it should be displayed away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust.

Warning: Never apply cleaning liquids or chemicals to the canvas surface.

Care: A static-electricity dusting cloth or a soft vacuum brush attachment used with a light motion is all that is required for maintenance.

Specifications & Rights

What are the archival specifications of the canvas prints?

Ink: Epson UltraChrome series, renowned for its wide gamut and museum-grade vibrancy.

Material: Fredrix archival canvas—medium textured, fade-resistant, OBA-free, and pH neutral.

Build: 1.25” depth, hand-stretched over a solid wood frame. Every piece arrives with attached hanging hardware and is ready for immediate installation.

What is your studio warranty?
We stand behind the integrity of every fine art print. We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all works that are found to be defective or are damaged during the shipping process. Should your prints arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately, and we will provide a return address and facilitate a priority replacement or a full refund.
Does Jeremy accept custom art requests?
For the standard print collection, we do not offer individual customisations or modifications. However, Jeremy does accept a limited number of bespoke Private and Corporate Commissions each year. These unique, one-of-a-kind originals are handled through a dedicated vetting and contract process. To begin a commission enquiry, please visit our commissions page.
Are original mixed-media artworks available for sale?
Yes. While the online gallery focuses on archival prints, a select number of Jeremy’s original mixed-media masterworks are available for acquisition. Because these are unique, high-value assets, they are subject to specialised handling, white-glove delivery, and specific sale contracts that extend beyond our standard gallery FAQ.
How long will my fine art print maintain its vibrancy?

Our fine art prints are engineered to museum standards. If displayed away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust, your archival canvas will remain as striking as the day it arrived for 100+ years.

How should I maintain the artwork?
To protect the integrity of the archival inks and textures, you must never use cleaning liquids, chemicals, or compounds. Maintenance should be limited to a gentle motion with a static-electricity dusting cloth or a soft vacuum brush attachment to remove surface dust.

Intellectual Property

What rights are included with my acquisition?
The purchase of any Jeremy Kyle artwork—whether a gallery print or a commissioned original—grants the owner physical possession of the piece for personal or corporate display.

All copyrights and reproduction rights are strictly retained by the Artist. The image may not be reproduced, scanned, or duplicated by any process without the express written permission of Jeremy Kyle Art. For original commissions, these terms are further detailed within your specific acquisition contract.

Payment Architecture

What payment methods are accepted by the studio?
Payment for Gallery Prints:
For all archival print acquisitions through our online gallery, we utilise a secure, encrypted checkout process. We accept all major global credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How are payments handled for Originals and Limited Editions?
For the acquisition of original mixed-media works and exclusive limited editions, we provide more robust, professional payment options. Due to the higher valuations of these assets, we facilitate secure transactions via:

  • Direct Bank / Wire Transfer: Our preferred method for domestic and international high-value acquisitions.
  • Stripe Professional Invoicing: Secure, digital invoicing for credit or debit transactions.
  • Bespoke Milestone Payments: For private commissions, payment schedules are outlined within the specific acquisition contract.

Is my financial information secure?
Absolutely. Whether you are acquiring a gallery print or a primary masterwork, all digital transactions are processed through Tier-1 encrypted gateways to ensure the highest level of fiscal security.
