Are you the Jeremy Kyle from the British TV show?
Nope. This is Jeremy Kyle from NEW ZEALAND! Jeremy Kyle Art has no association with the Jeremy from the former British TV Show. 
How does Jeremy make the art?
Jeremy combines traditional painting methods with graphic design to create stunning works of art. His materials include watercolours, inks, acrylics, pencils, pens, twinks, print and various textures.

Jeremy is renown for his splatter techniques, passionately throwing his paints for unique effects. To accentuate his splatters Jeremy uses short bursts of breath on the paints to create eye-catching movements around the art. 

When rendering His line-work, Jeremy 
uses erratic, spontaneous hand movements creating greater detail and dimension in every artwork. On average Jeremy's artworks take between 2 weeks to 1 month from planning to completion depending on the size, subject and amount of detail required to finish the project.

Do you offer free world wide shipping?
Yes! We provide free world wide shipping on all canvas prints with tracking to most locations around the world. We partner with top delivery agents from FEDEX, USPS, DHL, DPD.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry we do not ship to PO boxes. Please place an alternative shipping address to ensure you receive your order successfully. 
What is the production time, and when will my order ship?
It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. Our shipping estimates listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policies are provided to give you the most accurate delivery date.

Once your order is marked for shipping you will receive an email confirmation from us with tracking details and expected delivery times from the shipping carrier.

During the holiday seasons, preparation and delivery may take slightly longer due to an increased volume of orders. We appreciate your patience. 
How do I track my order?
Every order we ship includes a tracking link that shows progress of your delivery. Once your order is prepared for delivery you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and an expected delivery date from the shipping carrier. For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was place more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us

How do I change my shipping address?
To ensure that your order is delivered successfully, please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order.

We can change or update your shipping address within 12 hours after the order has been place. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address or cease shipment, and you would need to contact the shipping carrier directly in order to make a change to your shipping address.

How can I change or cancel my order after I've place it?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel your order, simply visit your order status page from the confirmation email sent to you. Alternatively, you can email us directly at support@jeremykyleart.com
Where's my stuff?
If you have not received your order, but the tracking indicates that it has been delivered, please give up to 36 hours for your package to turn up before contacting the shipping carrier. We have found that shipping carriers occasionally mark deliveries complete before they are delivered, which, sadly, is beyond our control. We recommend that you approach the shipping carrier directly to seek immediate assistance over the shipping status of your order.

If your order is still not delivered to the address that was submitted with the order, and no additional information is provided by the shipping carrier we ask that you file a "lost package" claim directly with the carrier as the recipient. Once you have filed a claim, please email us the claim number to support@jeremykyleart.com and we will follow up with the shipping carrier to take care of the rest.

Unfortunately we cannot file a claim on your behalf if tracking shows a successful delivery by the shipping carrier, but we'll do our best to make sure the experience is hassle-free.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control(e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or emailing us directly at support@jeremykyleart.com
My delivery is damaged, what do I do?
All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your items due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at support@jeremykyleart.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority. Free of charge of course! To begin:
  1. Take a few photos clearly showing the issue with the canvas, along with photos of the front and back of the canvas, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).
  2. Send us a direct email to support@jeremykyleart.com - Please include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email. 
  3. Upload the photos and provide a brief summary of the issue. Submit the email, and our support team will respond to you within 24 hours. 
**Please note, if you are using a forward shipping service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods. 

When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we receive your return for processing before your refund, store-credit, or exchange is issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.
Change Of Mind
We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.

Printed with an Epson printer and UltraChrome series inks for a wide array of vibrant colour. Our Premium Canvas are Archival quality so will last up to 100 years. All canvases are shipped assembled (stretched over a wooden frame) with attached hanging hardware and ready to hang right out of the box.

How long will my canvas last?
If you hang your print away from direct sunlight and keep it away from moisture and dust, your canvas print will last for years and look as stunning as it did on day one.
Don't use any sort of cleaning liquid or compound, ever. A static-electricity dusting cloth can be used with a light motion, or a vacuum with a brush attachment can be used gently to remove dust.

Any artwork purchase you make does not grant you the right to reproduce the artwork. All copyrights and reproduction rights are retained by the artist. You may not reproduce any artwork by any process without the expressed written permission of the artist.
