Client Satisfaction & Archival Standards

At Jeremy Kyle Art, we are committed to the highest standards of archival quality and craftsmanship. Every work is meticulously inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches your collection in pristine condition.

Order Modifications & Cancellations 

Due to the rapid nature of our archival printing and global fulfilment process, orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has entered the production or packaging phase, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • To request a change, please contact us immediately at hello@jeremykyleart.com.

Delivery & Shipping Addresses

To ensure the secure handover of your artwork, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. Jeremy Kyle Art is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or Defective Items: We provide a 100% guarantee on all works that are defective or damaged during transit. Should your artwork arrive in less than perfect condition:

  1. Contact our studio team within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at your preference.

Change of Mind: As our prints are archival-grade and made-to-order, we do not typically offer refunds for changes of mind. However, your satisfaction is paramount—if you are unsatisfied with your acquisition, please reach out to our studio team and we will do our best to find a solution. Please note: In the event of an approved return for non-defective items, the client is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the work is returned in its original archival packaging.

Refund Window: In the rare event that a shipment does not arrive within our estimated transit windows, please contact us. Formal refund requests for non-delivery must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Store Credit & Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Store credits and Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

  • Redemption: Credits and vouchers are redeemable exclusively for products or services on jeremykyleart.com.

  • Terms: They are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied toward special promotions or discounted offers. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Discounts & Promotions

Coupon codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value. The studio reserves the right to revoke or modify discount offers at any time without prior notice.
